Revenue Engine · Business Model

How Haccretion Makes Money.

Three integrated economic engines convert participation in the same real estate network into recurring platform revenue, transaction revenue and—when deployed—lending and capital revenue.

Three Integrated Businesses

One network.
Multiple economic layers.

Haccretion is designed so the platform, brokerage and planned capital infrastructure operate around the same underlying property and professional network rather than as disconnected businesses.

RECURRING PLATFORM REVENUE

Haccretion Platform

Recurring access revenue across professionals, businesses and consumers.

  • Independent agents $100 / month
  • Businesses & lenders $50 / month
  • Users $10 / month
  • AI services & API access Pricing TBD
ROLERecurring software revenue and ecosystem infrastructure.
TRANSACTION REVENUE

Thannhauser Estates

The brokerage monetizes completed transactions while also helping create direct property inventory for the network.

  • Starting fee $1,000 / $100K value
  • Estates agents Platform access included
  • Support + lead flow Integrated
ROLETransaction economics and direct inventory generation.
PLANNED LENDING + CAPITAL REVENUE

Thannhauser Capital Partners

A planned lending, investment and financial-infrastructure layer built around the transaction network.

  • Modeled borrower-paid fee 0.50%
  • Loan-officer platform fee 0%

Market One · United States

The first economic model is American.

The current deck models the three revenue engines against U.S. market proxies. These figures describe theoretical market ceilings under the stated assumptions—not company forecasts or promised results.

PLATFORM MEMBERSHIPS $17.62B

Illustrative annual full-U.S. membership ceiling in the current Haccretion model. The deck's 51% scenario is $8.99B annually. AI and API pricing are excluded.

BROKERAGE TRANSACTIONS $18.02B

Illustrative annual full-U.S. transaction-revenue ceiling in the current deck model. The 51% scenario is $9.19B annually. New-home and commercial transactions are excluded.

LENDING + CAPITAL $11.0B

Illustrative annual lending ceiling using the deck's assumed 0.50% borrower-paid fee against a $2.2T single-family origination market. Investment and lending-software returns are excluded.

COMBINED FULL U.S. REVENUE CEILING $46.64B / year

Combined output of the platform, brokerage and modeled lending assumptions used in Haccretion's current investor materials.

ILLUSTRATIVE 51% MAJORITY-SHARE SCENARIO $23.79B / year

A mathematical market-share scenario derived from the same assumptions. It is not a projection that Haccretion will achieve 51% market share.

Important: These are illustrative market-ceiling scenarios, not forecasts, guidance or guarantees. Actual revenue would depend on adoption, pricing, transaction volume, property values, regulation, operating capacity, competitive conditions, financing activity and numerous other factors. The lending model uses Haccretion's assumed 0.50% fee. The Mortgage Bankers Association forecast total 2026 single-family mortgage originations of approximately $2.2 trillion.
Beyond the United States

The U.S. model measures the first market. It does not define the ceiling.

Property, professionals, financing and transactions exist in markets throughout the world. Haccretion's long-term international strategy is to preserve the underlying network architecture while adapting the commercial and regulatory layers country by country.

01 · FIRST MARKETUnited States

Establish the operating model and market-entry system.

→
02 · FIRST INTERNATIONAL REGIONEurope

Localize the architecture across distinct national markets.

→
03 · LONG-TERMGlobal

Connect property, professional, transaction and capital networks across borders.

International Expansion · Europe

Europe is not one real estate market.

That is precisely why international expansion should be localized rather than modeled by simply multiplying U.S. economics. Brokerage structures, mortgage systems, listing practices, regulation, professional roles and consumer economics vary substantially between countries.

EU27 RESIDENTIAL MORTGAGE STOCK · 2024
€6.87T European Mortgage Federation data reports approximately €6.87 trillion in total outstanding residential loans across the EU27 at year-end 2024.

One platform. Country-specific operating layers.

The European Mortgage Federation's 2025 Hypostat covers 31 European countries: the EU27 plus Iceland, Norway, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. The scale is significant, but the operating environment is heterogeneous.

Haccretion's international opportunity is therefore not to export U.S. brokerage assumptions unchanged. The underlying property graph, marketplace, professional network, messaging, data and AI architecture can remain common while the regulated and commercial layers are localized.

LOCALIZE 01Brokerage structure + licensing
LOCALIZE 02Listing practices + property data
LOCALIZE 03Mortgage intermediation
LOCALIZE 04Consumer + professional pricing
LOCALIZE 05Privacy + data requirements
LOCALIZE 06Transaction processes
LOCALIZE 07Tax + corporate structure

Illustrative European Sequencing

Enter countries deliberately.
Then connect them.

The sequence below is a strategic framework, not a finalized launch commitment. Each market would require country-level diligence before capital deployment.

01United Kingdom

Evaluate as an initial European bridge market and establish the international operating template.

02Germany

Adapt the network to a major continental housing and mortgage market.

03France

Localize property, professional, transaction and financing infrastructure.

04Spain + Italy

Evaluate Mediterranean expansion and cross-border demand.

05Broader Europe

Replicate the international market-entry system where economics and regulation support expansion.

The Global Property Graph

Property is local.
The network can be global.

The long-term architecture connects the participants and economic activity surrounding property across jurisdictions. A property can become a persistent node linking ownership, listings, professionals, buyers, financing, transactions and accumulated intelligence.

NODE 01Property
NODE 02Owner
NODE 03Listing
NODE 04Professional
NODE 05Buyer
NODE 06Business
NODE 07Capital
NODE 08Transaction + Data
Geographic Revenue Expansion

Replicate the architecture.
Localize the economics.

The U.S. model provides a starting framework. International economics would be calculated independently for each jurisdiction rather than assuming American pricing, brokerage fees or lending economics apply abroad.

Execution Before Expansion

The global thesis begins with the U.S. operating plan.

Haccretion's current 30-month plan is focused on building, launching, validating, replicating and scaling the initial operating network. International expansion represents a subsequent growth opportunity, not a substitute for execution in the first market.
