Persistent identity
Every property receives a durable Haccretion identity connecting address, parcel, geography, characteristics, assessments, tax, systems, rooms, media and historical observations.
Haccretion
Haccretion provides the shared real-estate data layer: every property, listing, brokerage, professional, user, service relationship and market event connected through persistent identity — available to people, businesses and software through one network and API.
The modern MLS is not a members-only listing database pushed downstream to portals. Haccretion is structured as the underlying network that receives, resolves, preserves and distributes property, listing, brokerage, professional, user and service data across the market.
Every property receives a durable Haccretion identity connecting address, parcel, geography, characteristics, assessments, tax, systems, rooms, media and historical observations.
Active, pending, sold, withdrawn and off-market states become events attached to the property instead of becoming the property record itself.
Brokerages, teams, lenders, franchises, contractors and service companies exist as first-class identities with affiliations and property relationships.
Consumers, owners and professionals connect to the same network through accounts, claims, relationships, messaging, permissions and verified identity.
Haccretion products and authorized applications access normalized property, listing, professional, organization and market data through a shared API layer.
Haccretion's API is the distribution layer for the property graph. A property request resolves the persistent property identity and can connect its market state, historical observations and related market participants without treating every source record as a separate property.
Source records and provenance remain preserved underneath the normalized Haccretion identity.

Representative Modern MLS response model. Endpoint availability and returned fields depend on the deployed Haccretion API and authorization scope.
Haccretion connects the records required to understand a property, the market around it and the people and organizations participating in that market.
The property remains in the network whether it is active, off-market or between transactions.
Listings are time-bound observations and events connected back to a persistent property.
Brokerages and other real-estate organizations connect directly to professionals, properties and market activity.
Agents, brokers, lenders and other professionals have durable identities beyond an individual listing.
Consumers and owners participate in the same network while private account, messaging and authorization data remain separated from public-facing property and market records.
Contractors and real-estate businesses become discoverable in the context of property and market activity.
A modern MLS should let a user move from a property to the brokerage, agent, lender or contractor around it — and let software resolve those same relationships through the API.
The system preserves where information came from while resolving observations against Haccretion's canonical identities. Resolution can use source records, explicit Haccretion IDs, provider IDs, parcel plus jurisdiction, and exact normalized addresses. Conflicts remain ambiguous rather than being forced together by fuzzy matching.
The property becomes the center. A listing is one event in a much longer property history, and the professionals and organizations around that property become part of the same discoverable market infrastructure.
A permanent digital property identity exists before, during and after a listing.
Normalized records do not erase source authority, raw observations or provenance.
Brokerages, professionals, consumers and services participate in the same graph.
The data layer is designed to power Haccretion and other authorized software interfaces.
Listings and observations accumulate around the property instead of replacing it.
Search, profiles, communication and transactions connect back to real-estate identity.
